Enabling the Reset Password Configuration

If an new hire is having trouble logging into their applicant portal account, managers can help by triggering a reset password email. To enable this feature for all managers:
  • Click "Jump To"
  • Click "Admin". 
  • Select "Configure" for the "Onboarding" card. 


  • Click "Configure" for "Onboarding Configurations"

  • Select whether you will allow managers to trigger the password reset email for new hires or not. 

  • Select "Submit". 

Please Note: This only applies to employees in the "Onboarding" status. If the employee needs to change their password at any other stage, they can do so by following this article.
