Completing New Hire Tasks

Congratulations on accepting your new position! As part of your onboarding, you'll need to complete the necessary HR paperwork and new hire tasks. We'll help you identify and complete these tasks in no time!

If you are unsure how to view your tasks, take a look at our article about viewing your new hire tasks.

  • If the task has a red "X" in the status column, the form or tasks is waiting to be completed. 
  • Click on the name of the task to start. 

  • Complete all required fields for each form.
  • Click "Digitally Sign" at the bottom of the window or within the document. 
  • Read the disclaimer. 
  • Enter your account password. 
  • Click "Digitally Sign" to finalize your signature. 

  • Once a form has been successfully completed, you will see a green check mark in the "Status" column.

  • Repeat these steps for each item in your list of tasks until all tasks show a green check mark in the "Status" column.
