Running Reports

As a manager or administrator, reporting is an important part of your operations. talentReef offers a variety of reports to make your job easier. Learn more about how to view, customize, and export different reports.

Viewing Reports

Start by logging in to your talentReef account. In the upper left, click the "Jump To" menu and select "Reports".

Typically, you'll see a list of standard reports. There are many reports you can run within the talentReef System, depending on what you're trying to do.​

Browse the list of reports and select "Run Report" to begin.

Customizing a Report

At the top of each report, you'll find a number of tools to customize the information to meet your needs. For details about each customization, read more about customizing your reports

Saving a Report

Saving reports is a great time saver if you have customized the report in any way (added columns, sorted, filtered, grouped, etc). Saving a report will allow you to run the same customized report again in the future without having to reselect all of your customizations.
  • Click the ‘Save’ icon in the top left.
  • Type a name and a description.
  • Click "Save" to finish.

Exporting a Report

You can export a report to Excel, CSV, or PDF formats. Once the report finished running, click either the “Excel,” “CSV,” or “PDF” buttons located in the top right hand corner of the screen.
