Navigating the Dashboard

The dashboard allows you to easily identify which actions need to be taken, such as viewing new applicants that have yet to be reviewed, finding additional applicants for the postings are under performing, and determining which employees have yet to complete onboarding.

The dashboard is highly customizable, giving you the ability to turn it on or off, as well as customize which cards display on your individual dashboard. 



 

Customizing Your Dashboard Cards

You can customize your dashboard by adding or removing cards. Each dashboard card covers a specific area of interest. By toggling the edit mode on, you can add cards from the list of available options as well as remove cards that are currently on their dashboard by selecting the ‘x’ in the upper right corner of any card. 



New Applicants -  Shows the number of applicants that have yet to be viewed in the Source > Active list page and provides a link to that filtered page.  


5 Star Assessments - Shows the number of applicants that scored 5 stars (the highest possible) on their assessment test in the Source > Active list page and provides a link to that filtered page.
  

5 Star Posi-Fit - Shows the number of applicants that scored 5 stars (the highest possible) on their Posi-fit test in the Source > Active list page and provides a link to that filtered page.
 

 
Background Check Card
The Background Check card shows managers the applicants that need attention in regards to background check submissions. The card is broken out into different tabs based on the user’s permissions and whether or not the client uses apply or post-apply background check disclosures.
 
  • D&A tab (D&A icon) 
    • Who sees this tab: Any user with the Post Apply Background Check role enabled when the client that is using post apply background check disclosure and authorizations
    • Who is displayed on the tab: All applicants who have been sent a post apply background check disclosure and authorization, but have not completed it
    •  Action available: Request again – sends a followup email to applicant reminding them to complete the disclosure 
  • Submit Check tab (arrow icon) 
    • Who sees this tab: Any user with the Request Background Checks or Submit Background Checks roles enabled 
    • Who is displayed on the tab: All applicants that have completed their disclosure and authorization, but have not had a background check submitted
    • Action available: Submit Background Check
  • Background Check Completed in Last 7 Days tab (check mark icon) 
    • Who sees this tab: Any user with the View Background Check Results role enabled 
    • Who is displayed on the tab: All applicants who have had their background check results returned within the last 7 days 
    • Action available: Review Results



Posting Management Cards
There are a subset of cards that to help users manage their open job postings from checking the metrics of a specific posting to sourcing additional candidates to fill the postings with the lowest applicant flow.

Posting Health
Shows all of the open postings for any locations that the user is associated to. Managers can use the search or paging functionality to find the posting they are looking for. When the user selects View the following metrics/links are displayed:
  • Days Open – Number of days that the posting has been open
  • Open Positions – Number of openings that have yet to be filled
  • New Applicants – Applicants who are in the Applied status, have not been viewed 
  • Onboarding in Process – Hires that are still in the process of onboarding
  • Hires – who are currently in the Hire status 
  • Released Applicants – All applicants who are currently in the Released status 
  • Terminated Employees – All 


Find Additional Applicants Card
This card is available to any users that have the applicant pools turned on. 
The list of postings is sorted by those with the lowest percentage or count of applicants to the maximum number of applicants that are allowed for that posting. Selecting the Find More button will take the user to the applicant pool for that specific location. 




Onboarding Card
The Onboarding Items card is available to any manager who can access the Onboarding module. This card gives the user insights into the following:
  • Number of employees that have completed their onboarding tasks, but there is at least one manager task outstanding (Manager)
  • Number of employees that still have outstanding onboarding tasks to complete (Employee) 
  • Number of employees that have completed all of their onboarding tasks and are ready to be moved to a Hired Completed status
All of the metrics above are links to the appropriate list page filtered to show only those employees. 



 

Setup

Enabling the Recruiter and Manager Dashboard
  • Navigate to the Admin section of the Jump to menu in the manager site.
  • Select User Account Management > Edit User.
  • Select the Dashboard role under the Administration user permission section and Save.

Enabling Dashboard Notifications Admin Rights
  • Navigate to the Admin section of the Jump to menu in the manager site.
  • Select User Account Management > Edit User.
  • Select the Dashboard Notifications role under the Administration user permission section and Save.
  • The user will now be able to see the Dashboard Notification card in the Admin section.
